We all know the biggest drop of the season is the Lidl Xmas jumper.
We all know the biggest drop of the season is the Lidl Xmas jumper.
Problem is, with limited stock, many Lidl fans are left out in the cold. Lidl wanted to drive hype for the Christmas Jumper drop, whilst at the same time appeasing those that may miss out.
With the pandemic, the world around us was looking bleak. Many of us (and I include myself) ended up creating worlds of our own in the hugely popular Animal Crossing. And with AC’s highly-anticipated Winter Update just around the corner, we seized the opportunity and made a free digital version for people to wrap up their avatars with.

Fans lauded the move as the ‘crossover the world has been waiting for’. Uploading images and videos of their characters dashing through the snow in their gaudy Lidl knit.
